It is not necessary to have many elements to do sports activities at home. It is good to use some recyclable elements that can be used as sports instruments, play good music and have the best disposition to have a fun time with the family.

There are a number of activities that can be done at home under parental supervision, among them:

Olympic Games at Home

Yes, you can organize an Olympics at home in which all members of the family can participate in different sports activities, for example: jumping over obstacles with some toys, boxes or plastic containers or relay races if space permits. This game tests teamwork and communication among participants.

You can also do balance gymnastics by placing a board with two blocks, whoever manages to pass from one end to the other without falling wins. At the end of the day it is good to make the awards ceremony to close the Olympic Games with medals on the podium, which can be made with chocolate coins that both children and adults like so much.

It is very complete because it has functions to control weight, with routines ranging from 5 to 20 minutes and includes a test to determine the most appropriate exercises, recipes and shopping list.

Individual choreographies

If there is a fun exercise that is dancing. Children can create choreographies for which they only need music and a theme to show. They can choose how they will enter the stage (in this case the place of the house), prepare and rehearse all the steps and finally...show the dance.

Group choreographies
