We had the privilege of accompanying our student, María Bennasar, at the presentation of the Max Mazin Foundation scholarship. After a rigorous selection process, Maria and fifteen other Spanish students in their first year of high school will receive advice, tutoring and financial means to access first class American universities. Universities such as Harvard, Princeton, Yale or MIT have the option of a full scholarship for students who pass all their entrance requirements. An endearing act!
