The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the "Privacy Policy") is to provide additional and detailed information to the interested parties about the Privacy Policy of INVESTIGACIÓN Y SERVICIOS EDUCATIVOS LOGOS, S.A. (hereinafter "COLEGIO LOGOS"), in compliance with the regulations on this matter, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

For what purpose do we process the User's personal data?
Your data will be processed for the resolution of your queries, as well as to organize your visits to the center and if we have your consent, to send you information about our services or activities organized by the College.
We will also process the data provided by job applicants in order to examine the suitability of users for the various applications and to study their incorporation into the corresponding selection processes.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of the User's personal data?
The legal basis that legitimizes and allows us to process the User's personal data is the consent given by the User by explicitly accepting this Privacy Policy, accepting the "check box", made available in each of the data collection forms, referred to above.
How long will we keep the User's personal data?
COLEGIO LOGOS will keep the personal data provided for the time necessary to fulfill the request made by the User. In the case of Curriculum Vitae, they will be kept for a period of 2 years.
To which recipients will the User's personal data be communicated?
The data will not be disclosed to third parties except, where appropriate, to competent authorities in the exercise of their functions. Thus the personal data provided by the User on the Website may be communicated to public bodies, law enforcement agencies, courts and other administrative authorities, when we consider it necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the exercise of legal actions against claims.
What are the User's rights when providing us with personal data?
The User has and may exercise the following rights in relation to the personal information provided to COLEGIO LOGOS.
