The EVAU exams(Baccalaureate Evaluation for University Access) are a very important moment in the life of every student. The best advice that LOGOS can offer to succeed in this test is that the student prepares himself over the years, through a good educational program.

At Logos Internacional, a private, international, bilingual school in Las Rozas, we have a 100% pass rate in the EVAU tests.

And although the main thing, as we said, is to complete this test through years of work and constant quality training, there are some tips that we can give you a hand and that we hope will be useful:

-Start by studying/repassing the subjects that are least appealing to you :

When you program your study schedule, on the eve of the EVAU, start with what you like less or what you find more difficult; so as the deadline approaches and the pressure increases, you will feel more relieved because you will have already finished with what requires more effort.

This will help you arrive at the tests more relaxed and confident.

- Maintain your study pace and distribute your time in an organized way:

It is well known that binge eating is not a good way to achieve a good performance. Planning is the best antidote to stress and last-minute anxiety.

Therefore, make a good planning of your time, and distribute it optimally by making a good calendar by subjects, being realistic in the allocation of time.

As in the previous point, a good planning will be your best ally when it comes to arrive at the exam date calm and rested.

- Ask your teachers for help:

Teachers have extensive experience in training and how to deal with these tests. The student only faces these tests once in their life at best, but teachers year after year go through the experience and know better than anyone else what works and what doesn't.

Don't be shy to ask them for help and let them guide you. They know exactly what you are facing and understand you better than anyone else.

Maybe you can even make a list of the rabbits of the teachers of each subject and have them in sight when you start studying each subject.

And finally, the most important:

- Practice.

Practice as much as you can with tests from previous years. Try to simulate as much as possible when taking these tests the real scenario of time, etc. Take it as a training, the more you practice the more confident you will be, the more you will learn how to measure the duration and how to organize yourself to answer the exam.

This is an essential point, the more you practice, the better you will perform on the day of the exam.

Finally, we leave you a bonus that, although it is common sense, it is not superfluous to emphasize. Be well informed of the evaluation criteria, but, above all, find out in advance the date, day, time and exact place of the exam.

It is a good idea to visit the exam site a few days before the exam to familiarize yourself with the area. This way you will minimize the famous nerves beforehand.

Best of luck to all 😊.
