Theatre

Theatre is the branch of stagecraft related to acting, where stories are represented and performed in front of a live audience, using a combination of speech, gestures, set design, music, sound and spectacle.

In Logos Theatre Club it is not our intention to form children-actors but, through theatre, provide our students with the ability to express themselves freely, to understand that anything and everything can be communicated, and to assimilate tools used to create a spontaneous reaction.

Our students will enjoy this activity through dramatic play, whose fundamental objectives are to encourage the free circulation of the imagination, creative fantasy, expression and communication.

Throughout the course multiple activities based on body and vocal expression, the management of space and time on stage, and the development of perception and observation will be considered. The programme includes the representation of appropriate theatre plays at group level and the recreation and the invention of stories collectively.
